Hey guys...
So I did my 5 mile run today. It wasn't so bad until about that last 1/2 mile. I just wanted to stop so bad, but I DIDN'T!!!! I am way proud of all of us!!! Let me know how your guys' 8 mile run goes, b/c I have that on Saturday. By the way...I get the "runs" while I'm running also. I don't know what to do to help it. I can usually hold it until I am done running, but there has to be something preventative we can do so it isn't so bad. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it.

So this morning I took advantage of the rest day. Missy, I thought we had 5 miles tomorrow...geez if we have 8 I better get up an extra hour early to get that done before work!! Good luck to everyone who has to run today :)

My walk on Monday night and my run today went okay...for some strange reason, both sucked equally. I'm out of shape, and I don't wanna talk about it...but at least my black nail polish still looks good. :) Can't wait for Thursday! 8 miles...I'm gonna have to do that outside so I hope it's not freezing balls out!

Great job to everyone! We are off to a great start! Count me in for the triathalon (spelling???)! I'm super excited for that...although the swim training will have to wait until my heart and lungs can keep up with these 4 mile easy runs! ugh!

4 miles down! I'm not soar so far but I'm a little worried about those long runs coming later in the week! My problem last night was making myself run slow since I normally run faster but much shorter distances.

So I ran my 4 miles this morning. It went really well except for the entire last mile I had to crap my pants...I think my body is in shock. Anyways, I was able to finish!! Whoahoo!!

Hey Guys...
So my 4 mile workout went well tonight. I ran at the pace they told me to, which was about 5.2 mph. At first I thought I was going way slow, but after a while I got used to it! It did take like 46 minutes to finish though. Anyways...so far so good. Hope your guys' workouts went well!! The triathalon sounds like a ton of fun, but Marcie you are right, I know I have something going on in June but I can't remember what :)

Hey guys! This whole thing is such a good idea...I think it will help all us through it (especially since we aren't all together - Missy and Lin you suck).

Meg, I think I'm on your schedule. I have to run 4 miles today too. I'm planning to do it after I leave work tonight.

Wearing matching outfits is a definate. At least we will be the cutest, even if we don't run very fast! I could really try to grow my nails out to wear black nailpolish. I'll start working on it now. Oh yeah, I agree on the tanning.

Just wanted to throw out the idea of a triathalon in June. Meg, you might have something going on around that time - ha! Anyways, it's a 1/2 mile swim, 14 mile bike, and 5 K run. Not sure of the date yet. I did an indoor tri and it was super fun!

Hey all!!!
Ok so I start running today...4 miles...but I won't be doing it until classes are over for the day. So I won't start until 4:30 pm. That means I'll blog about it tonight. I don't know about the whole black nailpolish thing? I have never thought that looked good. I definitely think we should tan and wear matching outfits. We should tan so that we aren't so nasty looking when we start huffing and puffing...none of you are nasty, just me! Where is Marcie???? Does she know about the site yet?

First of all black polish is out...unless your a tan biotch and I know two of us aren't....yes missy you are one of those two right along with me. Get over it....black polish wont look good until we're tan again!! And I personally think we should tan for our race and then we can wear black polish while we run and look like studs who kick a**. Ok and I think Meg and I were talking about all wearing the same outfits....like black running capris and t's with our names on the back...got the idea from some work gals who ran in the DSM marathon...it was real cute!! Ok I ran 2.5 miles this morning and then had to go to the bathroom so i had to stop. Missy...walking is a great start....i know how you walk and it's practically a run anyways...ok back to work...i'll chat lata! Good luck on your workouts ladies!!

Hello Bitches

Are you guys ready for some whining...I mean running? I only say whining because I'm pretty sure that is all you will hear from me on our cute blog! So...my goal is to motivate myself through a 6 mile walk tomorrow to see just how motivated I am to start running again...that will, however, tell me absolutely nothing about what kind of shape I'm in...so Tuesday is going to be a little rough. I'm sure Wednesday's post will be about how sore I am...and what are we supposed to run that day? 8 miles or something? Whoever wrote up this workout is crazy...I won't say anynames...but I will say that they rhyme with bindsay and farcie! But hey, it is just as they say...no guts, no glory, right??? GO TEAM GO!

So are we going to get on here everyday and say what we did????
Missy is going to start walking tomorrow....haha. Then she'll definitely be ready for our 4 mile run Tuesday! haha! We are supposed to X train or rest tomorrow Megs...I think I'll do the eliptical or maybe just run a couple...I still have to give marcie the info to do this!
